Tomintoul Seiridh Single Malt Whiskey (Boxed)

Amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Scottish Highlands stands the Tomintoul Distillery, founded in 1964 in the historic whiskey producing region of Speyside. His Whiskey Tomintoul Seiridh is a perfectly balanced single malt, aged in American Oak Bourbon casks before being aged in specially selected Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez in Andalusia, Spain. In Gaelic Seiridh (pronounced sheh-ree) in fact means Sherry. This aging process creates a wonderfully rich, complex and full-flavored single malt, with notes of dried figs and Christmas cake highlighted with touches of spicy cedar and a long warm finish with notes of raisins, chocolate, dried fruit and hints of licorice that fade into sweet woody scents.
The "Batch One" of the Tomintoul Seiridh limited edition has a total of 6.000 bottles available, all individually numbered.
