Gentù Porto Cervo Dry Gin is the magical potion capable of taking us directly to the ethereal and passionate land that generated it: Sardinia. The master distiller to whom the Acquaspiritosa project was presented, Elio Carta of the historic company Silvio Carta, was faced with a difficult task: the product had to be as direct as the perfumes that slap tourists as soon as they got off the plane, as engaging as the legends about the giants, fresh as the wind that laps the coasts and above all inclusive, able to marry at the table with all the recipes of an island whose gastronomy is halfway between Italy, Spain and itself. But Elio made the magic of him and built the absolute gastronomic Gin, perfecting the proposed recipe, comprising only four elements: three types of juniper, thyme, rosemary and the salt crystals set in the juniper like diamonds of flavor.
