“Panmòllo 1912” is a truly unique and incredible gin because it really manages to recreate the typical flavors of the traditional Tuscan tomato soup, using its ingredients combined with those typical of gin, including garlic and bread, plus a touch of water of sea.
It expresses its maximum potential accompanied by particularly savory dishes. For example, an excellent combination is with bread, butter and anchovies.
The gin is handmade in the most natural way possible, without the use of stills, machinery or filters and without the addition of artificial flavors and colourings.
Dal Piatto al Bicchiere is a project that starts from traditional dishes reimagined in liquid form. It is the story of three grandchildren who want to revive, in a new form, their passion for the land, for authenticity, for their family, for their grandparents.
