Ramsbury Gin

In the Ramsbury distillery the production process is circular, in the sense that everything is reused without wasting anything. Only the wheat of the precious Horatio variety (used for haute patisserie) is used in the production of the basic alcohol. The main ingredients are grown in England, in the Ramsbury Estates, for this reason Ramsbury Gin can be called "Single Estate Gin": everything takes place on the estate that extends over 19.600 hectares of land.
On the palate, the floral tones and the flavor of crunchy quinces fade into the saltier hints of juniper, with a refreshing finish and a spicy touch. Very soft, balanced and slightly sweet, Ramsbury Gin is an excellent base for all types of cocktails, classic and original.
