Simply open the bag and put a small amount of rub on the delicacy you want to bake. Gently massage it all over with the rub and let it rest. After cooking, you will feel the aromas and flavors of Gin Tonic, Negroni or Martini Cocktail (Martini in this case).
The “Martini Cocktail” is delicate but, thanks to Timut pepper, it also retains an elegant peppery note. It is at its best with fish, white meats, vegetables and grilled fruit.
