Mixer® Frutti di bosco is produced with 1,30 kg of red fruits such as blackberries, currants and blueberries which after being cleaned and pressed are subjected to a delicate concentration treatment to eliminate part of the water present in the fruits and give the final product a richer and more persistent taste when mixed. The product has a ruby ​​red color typical of bramble fruits and a strong aromatic intensity. The flavor mainly recalls the blackberry puree collected exclusively in Northern Italy.
