Williams pear

We chose the William pear because it is sweeter and juicier than other varieties such as Abate or Kaiser. The William pear, originally from England, finds the largest cultivations of this fruit in Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige because these regions have the perfect microclimate for the development of this variety. The William pear is widely cultivated and consumed also in the USA and Canada, where it is known as the Bertlett pear.
