Explora Gin – Experience n°1

Explora Gin was born from the passion for exploration and discovery of places and cultures through taste. The refined and selected ingredients tell sensorial journeys, bringing together cultures and flavors with unexpected and unique combinations. Explora Gin – Experience n°1 is the first journey of this project, which starts from the origins of the founders: Davide and Giovanni Marazita. Piedmont, an elegant land rich in history, climates and food and wine culture. Calabria, with its rugged mountains, and ancient villages embraced by the evocative coasts burned by the sun. Finally we arrive in Sichuan, a province in the south-west of China, with an extraordinary history of food, wild landscapes and Tibetan atmospheres.
Explora Gin is an explosion of aromas: juniper prevails, with its balsamic and woody scents, enhanced by the fresh, fragrant and citrus notes of bergamot, balanced by aromatic herbs and the sweetness of liquorice. Sichuan pepper adds a light spicy and fruity note. The result is a complex but balanced gin, with a pleasant persistence on the palate, intense and decisive.
