Lady Pope Perfumed Distilled Gin

Lady Pope is the first gin whose recipe was developed thanks to an Artificial Intelligence algorithm patented by Not A* Distillery itself, founded in 2021. The Rovero Brothers then take care of the distillation of the botanicals that characterize the gin.
Lady Pope is a complex but versatile gin, structured and at the same time soft, with a strong but not overwhelming alcoholic component. To make it, 14 botanicals are used that cover a bouquet that ranges from the floral (damask rose and lavender), through the spicy (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, etc.) up to the balsamic (rosemary, eucalyptus, thyme, etc.). Wisdom was being able to combine them in such a way that none prevailed over the other, but rather, they harmonized with each other in balance.
