Theresianer Gin

The best Central European tradition of high quality drinking, which has always characterized Theresianer as an excellence in the Italian brewing panorama, today boasts an unprecedented refinement: Theresianer Gin, a new gustatory dimension that combines the most consolidated beer tradition with a distillate of timeless trend. Thus was born a new distillate which includes among its botanicals the typical and essential ingredient of beer: hops.
Juniper berries release a pleasant aroma of pine and rosemary, "scents of the earth" such as musk, cloves and a lively and typical citric aroma. The hops in infusion is used for its characteristic aromatic notes: the bitter note gives length and freshness but also citrus and floral notes. The mandarin peels, with their sweet and caramelized note, are used to balance the citrus profile. Equally citrusy is the delicate note of grapefruit, while a pinch of cardamom gives a refreshing flavor as well as a characteristic sweet spice.
