J.Gasco Violet Sparkling

At the beginning of 1900 in America, in the years of prohibition, the Italian Giuseppe Gasco, known as Joseph, comes as an emigrant and begins to work in his uncle's company which illegally produces and distributes alcohol. Noting the poor quality and the bad taste of the spirits that were circulating at the time, he decides to take advantage of the knowledge he learned from his pharmacist father in the preparation of tonics and creates a series of drinks to mix to make the cocktails better. Known in the clubs of New York as "Gallo Man" because he comes from Gallipoli, J.Gasco continues his production even after the end of prohibition. The tonic water recipe of the current Italian company J.Gasco takes inspiration from the original one of the legendary smuggler. All J.Gasco products are characterized by 100% Italian origin and by the use of natural ingredients, without preservatives and artificial colors. The bottle label pays homage to the legendary “Gallo Man”.
