Kissing.Lab is a young agricultural company that is mainly dedicated to the biological processing of KissinGarlic, according to the ancient farming traditions of the Montepulciano area, in Tuscany. And it is precisely by using the botanicals that grow around their cultivation fields that they have recreated in their Gin Bacio the aromas and flavors typical of the area: juniper, bay leaf, rosemary, lavender, olive leaf, plum, elderflower, verbena.
Gin bacio is a distilled dry gin from Tuscany that is characterized by the immediate hints of juniper that combine with the sweet and fruity notes of elderflower and local plum called "leg of the nun". Then the herbaceous notes emerge that give depth and complexity to the distillate, which remains for a long time in the mouth, soft and velvety.
