Original Malfy Gin is produced with a traditional Italian stainless steel vacuum alembic still with Italian juniper and base of Italian winter wheat (gluten-free). It is brought to gradation with spring water of Monviso (the purest and highest spring in Italy).
It's a gin "Juniper forward", therefore shere, with predominant notes of juniper, combined with a freshness given by very light citrus notes and a hint of spicy notes of coriander. Perfect in any mix, especially recommended for Negroni and Martini cocktails.
