Full Red Birra is a light craft beer flavored with Full Red saffron pistils, unpasteurized and unfiltered at 6,5% vol .: elegant saffron aroma that blends with the fruity, spicy and floral notes typical of the high fermentation yeast of Garlatti Costa house; in the mouth you initially feel the sweetness of the malt which is accompanied by the aroma of saffron and then leaves a delicately hopped finish.
