Small roses not yet blossomed, belonging to the Rosaceae family. Deep pink in color, they are totally edible dehydrated flowers at low temperatures.
The flavor of the rosebuds is delicate, not overwhelming at all. On the palate it is fruity and with slightly bitter notes. Given their beauty they are perfect for decorating drinks and dishes.
