The most interesting part of the elderberry plant are precisely the flowers, with which various gastronomic preparations typical of regional traditions are made: syrups, fermented drinks, cakes and sweet breads, pancakes. They are also used in the flavoring of liqueurs and vermouth.
In cocktails they can be used in many ways, creating flavored infusions and sprays that sweetly scent the glass.
