Canaïma Smash
The cocktail for your parties, full of taste and freshness for a summer full of gin!
Ingredients:
- 30ml Canaïma Gin
- 1 lemon slice, crushed
- 1 slice of crushed pineapple
- 1 dash of Angostura
- Crushed ice
Preparation: Cut a slice of pineapple and a slice of lemon into small pieces. Put them in a tumbler glass and pound them well with the pestle. Add plenty of crushed ice and finally pour the gin. Top with the Gin Canaïma and add more crushed ice.
