Dragon Fusion

Dragon Fusion is the result of our first trip to Southeast Asia, through the eastern landscapes of China and Vietnam we became familiar with this very particular fruit. The appearance of the fruit is absolutely spectacular, which makes it unique for imaginative decorations while the flavor of the internal pulp is quite bland and indefinite.
It is for this reason that our Mixologists, enraptured by the oriental charm of this fruit, have created a fusion that we have replicated in the final product, adding the aromatic profile of Lychee to the dragon fruit (or Pitaya) pulp, to give it a distinctly asian. The fruit can be found in different color variations, both of the pulp and of the peel. The most common versions are with purplish skin and red or white interior but you can also come across the yellow skin one.
Particularly the shape that recalls a fireball and the inside of the very soft pulp is characterized by a thick presence of black seeds. The knowledge of the original fruit can recall that of the kiwi if desired.
