Raspberry

1 Kg of fresh raspberry puree is used to produce a bottle of Mixer® Raspberry to revive the flavor and essence of freshly picked berries in our drinks. Raspberry puree is harvested in Northern Europe. Most of the production comes from Germany. The concentrated puree is then delicately and skilfully mixed with the other ingredients to obtain a perfect blendable product with the right color intensity and a strong aroma component. The flavor is authentic and well balanced with the right acidity typical of the original fruit, the intense aroma and the creamy but fluid consistency to facilitate mixing of the product. With Mixer® every cocktail will be perfect and finally with a full and enveloping fruit flavour. Excellent for cocktails, frozen, soft drinks, smoothies and granitas, it is also suitable for garnishing desserts and ice creams and for flavoring tea or hot chocolate.
