Vesuvius Magma Gin

Vesuvius Magma Gin is obtained with the London dry gin method through the infusion of botanicals for 24 hours and subsequent distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie still. The botanicals come from the Vesuvian area, of which gin is an expression.
Juniper leads the way to the strong floral notes of broom, which give way to perceptions of roots and balsamic hints of laurel, rosemary and wild fennel.
