Born in 2016, the Kyoto Distillery is the first Japanese distillery dedicated to gin, inspired by the history and craftsmanship of Kyoto. Distinctive elements are the high quality, the search for local botanicals and the refined rice alcohol base.
Ki No Bi Original Gin is produced with 11 botanicals distilled in 6 separate groups according to the type:
– Base: juniper, iris root and akamatsu (red pine)
– Fruity and floral part: bamboo and red shiso
– Spices: ginger
– Herbs: Sansho pepper and kinome leaves
– Citrus fruits: Yuzu and lemon
– Tea: Gyokuro green tea
