Doro Aged Gin was born from the desire to offer connoisseurs of this particular type of distillate an uncommon product, characterized by the use of endemic botanicals of the island of Sardinia and by theaging in old chestnut barrels previously used to store Vernaccia Riserva wine. It is dedicated to those who want something more from their beloved distillate, perhaps simply enjoying it smooth or “On the Rocks” or as a unique and essential element for the preparation of an excellent one Martini cocktail.
Doro Aged Gin releases a particular citrus and herbaceous scent enriched with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate it is opulent, rich, enveloping.
