Fred Jerbis Gin 7 - Single Barrel

Fred Jerbis Gin 7 Single Barrel is a distilled gin aged in new Acacia barrels, processed and built in Friuli. It is distilled with seven Italian botanicals (the 7 referred to in the name) and from a base of organic and Italian wheat alcohol, using a method that harks back to the tradition of juniper distillates, produced in Italy long before invention of gin. It is a fresh gin where on the palate the delicate notes of sweet fruit given by the acacia wood perfectly match the hints of juniper, making the gin perfect for both smooth drinking and blending.
