Fred Jerbis Gin is made in Friuli and all the ingredients are 100% Italian. Twelve of the gin's present plants are grown by Federico Cremasco, the creator of gin. Fre Jerbis Gin was born from his passion for officinal plants and his idea was to start from Italian botanical extracts to develop a Mediterranean gin, inspired by the monks who added natural extracts to alcohol to preserve its active ingredients.
Fred Jerbis Gin is immediately recognizable, rich in aromas and scents given by the 43 botanicals. It is a complex gin, but so well balanced that it is simple. Juniper predominates on the nose, while hints of alcohol are hardly perceived. On the palate it is delicate, with herbaceous, citrus and spicy notes; no aroma overwhelms the other, but they unite in a symphony.
