Gin Agricolo is a spin-off project born from the experience acquired at Cantine Sant'Agata, the Cavallero family's winery for three generations. Gin Agricolo Blagheur is the Herbal Gin of the trilogy which also includes Evra and Gadan; on the palate the taste is dry and decisive, softened by floral scents of rose, marjoram, ireos and arquebuse, with a herbaceous and mentholated aftertaste. The finish is very fresh, persistent and above all herbaceous.
The name "Blagheur" derives from the Piedmontese dialect and indicates a vain person who likes to show off ostentatiously, living beyond his means. The excellence of this gin comes from search for the best botanicals in the Piedmont area (which will also replace the botanicals now imported or not grown in the area).
The Blagheur Agricultural Gin is ideal from drink straight after a meal or combined with tonic water. Gin Tonic Tips: add star anise flowers, cardamom berries, pink pepper; complete with fresh juniper berries and lemon zest.
