Gin Lu, like the forerunners Gin Mi e Gin Ti, is produced in small batches with the utmost care, attention to detail and with the highest quality raw materials in a small town in the Savona hills, Cengio. The gins of Rossella and Lele Saporiti are the result of a work in synergy between professionals from the world of Food & Beverage: Alessandro Pancini and Luca Graffo of Laboratory origin together with Tommaso Coppo, Chef and Head Barman of the Drop Cafè in Casale Monferrato.
the passage in the different barrels - Oak, Mulberry, Juniper - gives a first warm and deep sensation of tannins, woods and spices. Slowly, at the aftertaste, the warm and sweet aromas of Damask Rose and Orange and the smoky tones of Lapsang Souchong emerge. The finish is very long, powerful, soft. In fact, Gin Lù is an excellent after-dinner, complex and warm, but on the rocks is also a fantastic aperitif, especially if accompanied by a slice of orange or a Maraschino cherry
