Ginberg is an artisanal Cold Compound gin created starting from a base of soft alcohol of cereal origin in which the botanicals are cold infused and it is not filtered, so as to preserve all the aroma and color released naturally by the botanicals. The water used to lower the alcohol content to 43% Vol. Is spring water that flows at almost 2000 meters above sea level, neither distilled nor filtered. The gin reflects the principles of Officina degli Infusi, born in Calabria in 2020 with the intent of re-emerging local traditions starting from raw materials to processing.
Ginberg is rich and intense on the palate, very savory and fresh; with a slightly bitter persistence, but very pleasant thanks to the strong and distinctive note of bergamot.
