Gin Luz was created by bartender Leonardo Veronesi with Distilleria Marzadro. It is a very fresh and aromatic gin, with balsamic and floral notes that accompany those of juniper. A dry, soft and persistent distillate, recommended for mixing.
The nine botanicals - Juniper, bay leaf, olive tree, woodruff, rosemary, sage, Salvia Sclarea, common mint, lemon - are infused and then distilled separately and finally brought to gradation with water from Monte Baldo, in Trentino.
