Noon Distilled Gin was born from Walter Pirotti's deep knowledge of gin, who for his project for the creation of a gin, starting from the search for "drinking well", turned to one of the best master distillers in the world: Charles Maxwell.
The name means “noon”, that is the time when the juniper harvest began during the winter solstice on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines to make an ancient juniper-based liqueur.
Noon Distilled Gin stands out in particular for three characteristics:
- Il colore light blue given by the infusion of Butterfly Pea after distillation, which also causes the gin to become light purple with the tonic water;
- La bottle elongated and blue which recalls the pharmaceutical origins of gin and which is graduated to indicate the right dose for the Gin Tonic, facilitating preparation at home.
- Il dry and floral taste which stands out particularly in the G&T where he takes notes that recall those of Franciacorta wines.
