Only Wild Gin was born from the idea of ​​making known to the world what only the island of Sardinia can offer in terms of goodness and uniqueness from its botanicals that grow spontaneously, and it does so using only one element: juniper berries. In fact, working only and exclusively wild Sardinian juniper berries, harvested by hand from sometimes centenary plants grown along the coasts of the island, a simple but at the same time complex distillate is obtained, which re-proposes the scents diffused in the air by the Mistral wind, a true characteristic of the particular climate of this extraordinary land. In fact Only WIld Gin it smells of resin, pine needles, Mediterranean scrub, saltiness. On the palate it is "oily", soft, slightly savory. Leave the mouth clean and neutral.
