A gin that infuses all aromas and flavors typical of the Etna area: Juniper, Broom and Bitter Orange characterize it, giving it freshness, accentuated by the balsamic nature of the fennel. Hazelnut is also added in infusion to give a fat and round tone to the drink. Volcano Gin is well structured, balanced and persistent in the mouth, the broom gives an interesting sweet / bitter contrast. The botanicals, having grown on the slopes of the volcano, present themselves with a very interesting and singular mineral note. The distillate is meant to be drunk straight and not just mixed, like a digestive.
