Kirsty's Gin is distilled using local botanicals selected by the Master Distiller, Kirsty Black (the name of the gin is hers): her choice fell on seaweed, thistles and blueberries, to capture the elements of sea, rock and earth.
Scottish farmers since 1660, Arbikie pays every possible attention to the care of the fields that supply the raw materials for gin. The spirit-base is distilled directly on the estate, allowing it to be packaged perfectly so that it marries with the flavors of the botanicals of gin.
Arbikie Kirsty's Gin has a pleasant and fresh marine aroma combined with notes of black pepper. On the palate it is balanced and soft, with delicate floral notes and a touch of citrus and black pepper accompanying the notes of juniper and marine ones. The finish is long and persistent, slightly sweet thanks to the blueberries.
