Citadelle Extremes No.2 Wild Blossom Old Tom Gin is a Citadelle gin expression based on an Old Tom style; sweeter than a London Dry, but still dry than a Genever. With this Gin the master blender Alexandre Gabriel wanted to take experimentation to the extreme, thanks to the immense success obtained with Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom Gin.
The result is a rich, opulent gin, which in the mouth has a sweet & sour effect, with the notes of lemon that combine with those of pepper, but above all with the floral notes of rose and violet, while in the finish those of cumin and cherry emerge.
