Gin Ever

Gin Ever, awarded with the gold medal at the CINVE 2012 and the bronze medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015, is the first London Dry ever produced in Valencia and contains local botanicals such as citrus fruits and aromatic plants from the natural park of Sierra Mariola. It is distilled three times with an artisanal method because the first distillation gives the gin its character, the second its softness and the third its purity. If the aroma of juniper prevails on the nose, leaving space for citrus fruits only at the end, on the palate it is instead a perfectly balanced gin. All the flavors harmonize in an incredible way, giving life to this gin which is both soft and wonderfully intense.
