Complex, refined and elegant gin, distilled according to an ancient XNUMXth century recipe. On the nose and on the palate juniper predominates on the other botanicals, but it is balanced by the floral and slightly spicy notes of the other botanicals and by the notes of citrus fruits .
Citadelle Gin is produced in Cognac only between March and November with a rare and ancient copper still that uses an open flame system. Master distiller Alexandre Gabriel used modern botanicals to create a gin that had been produced since the 700s in what was at the time the exclusive distillery of the King of France.
