A gin with decidedly Mediterranean scents given by rosemary, with a spicy note of black pepper and coriander combined with the unmistakable flavor of tomato. Very fresh on the nose and on the palate, soft and versatile in mixing.
Tomato Gin was created by Spirits by Design with the guys from the famous Rock-Fort restaurant in Bruges. They combined their passion for tomatoes and gin to create a unique distillate using the “Grosso di Parma” tomato variety.
