Whitley Neill Quince Gin

The taste for adventure is common to all eight generations of Whitley Neill's family. And indeed, at the turn of the century, Frederick Neill went on a journey to Persia where he discovered a range of exotic fruits, herbs and spices that inspired him for the Greenall Whitley family's Gin recipes. He was particularly impressed by the quince apples that grew on the ancient mountains and it is the sweet taste of this fruit, mixed with a heady mix of Persian herbs and spices, that gives Whitley Neill Quince Gin its seductive taste. Indeed the characteristic flavor of quince dominates the palate, then giving way to the sweetness of apricots and peaches, with a long and fruity finish with notes of orange blossom and grapefruit.
