Filliers is one of the most renowned genever distilleries in Belgium, in operation since 1880. This Genever of theirs is handcrafted in a copper still and is made age 8 years in American oak barrels. Thanks to this careful distillation process, selection of botanicals and aging, Filliers Barrel Aged Genever 8 Years Old acquires a sensational taste that makes it excellent to drink straight, but also well usable in mixing.
On the palate it has a warm taste, with sweet hints of vanilla, spicy notes of nutmeg and notes of bitter caramel.
