BaròGin, comes from research on the birth of Italian Gin, from the historical manuals of 1550 when Wine and Juniper were the basis of Gin. Hence the idea of bringing out the ancient flavors by characterizing the Gin with the spicy and fruity hints of red wine. Linked to the Langhe area, BaròGin in fact contains prestigious Barolo. It is also distilled in a 1700s discontinuous copper alembic fueled with a wood fire.
Its peculiarity is that, being a living product, just like Barolo wine, each production can present itself in a slightly different way. It will therefore be the vintage to mark the nuances of the productions.
