Blaue Chocolate Gin was created by Antonio Franchi, an expert in chocolate and gastronomy, for thepairing in chocolate tasting. It is produced in Lombardy with method London Dry with kosher and organic grain alcohol and 29 botanicals, including juniper, cocoa, pink pepper, turmeric, ginger, chilli, jasmine, cinnamon, rosemary, vanilla, almond, licorice, bergamot and chamomile.
Blaue Chocolate Gin is especially recommended smooth after a meal or for meditation, especially as an accompaniment to chocolate. It also works very well in the Gin Tonic and in combination with the pink grapefruit juice giving life to a truly elegant gin & juice. Try it by pouring a few drops on the mango fresh and ripe because the gin gives the fruit an exotic and captivating aroma.
