The idea of Funky Gin was born by tasting good sushi combined with different brands of gin: its creators therefore decided to produce a gin that would combine with raw seafood, with citrus hints of blood orange, cedar and lemon.
But above all they wanted to associate a purely Italian-flavored gin with music. And that choice is funky, the queen music of the dance halls.
