Gin Agricolo is a spin-off project born from the experience acquired at Cantine Sant'Agata, the Cavallero family's winery for three generations. Gin Agricolo Evra is the Fruity Gin among the three (the other two are Gadan and Blagheur); the predominant note of raspberries blends perfectly with juniper, while the fresh notes of mint and cardamom complete the picture. The soft and enveloping taste of red fruits is strengthened by vanilla and cocoa giving an oriental sensation.
The name “Evra” is a tribute to the youngest daughter of the creator of the gin, Franco Cavallero, Gin… evra!
Gin Tonic Tips: Add small red fruits, such as raspberries, pomegranates or strawberries and a couple of Cardamom berries; complete with fresh Juniper berries and two mint leaves.
