Gin Glacialis is one with the region from which it comes, the Val d'Aosta, of which it reflects the essence in its clarity and refined simplicity. Its peculiarity is having as the only botany is the juniper of Val d'Aosta, whose notes prevail on the nose and on the palate, with balsamic and fresh hints and an overall dry taste. It is recommended in a light gin and tonic, perhaps combined at the table with wild foods or with smoky scents.
