Millelire Spirits was born from an idea of Gianvito Nicoletti, a young Materano and Bartender, with the aim of taking inspiration from the plants that populate the area surrounding the city of Matera where there is the Murgia national park, a vast territory that hosts more than 900 botanical varieties.
Gin Millelire is very interesting to be consumed straight for true amateurs; scented in the presence of a neutral tonic where it will be able to explode all the scents of each botanical of which it is composed; amazing when mixed in the great classics where it gives a clean, fragrant and herbaceous touch. It is characterized by a strong balsamic that makes it persistent and pleasant. The herbaceous parts of thyme, marjoram and rosemary are immediately perceived on the nose, with the delicate notes of olive. On the palate you can feel the freshness of basil and citrus fruits, while the pungency of cardamom accentuates the herbaceous part. The olive tree gives a light flavor that further stimulates drinking.
