Gin Timut is a dry and very complex distillate despite the use of only two botanicals distilled separately in alembic. Juniper notes remain well present combined with the thousand facets of Timut Pepper which gives this gin spicy and herbaceous but also slightly citrus notes, hence its name: Gin Timut.
Produced by the renowned Gavioli distillery, in operation since 1965, Gin Timut is excellent to drink straight and allows you to create very special Gin Tonic with a neutral or slightly citrus tonic.
