Gin Todi

Gin Todi was born from the idea of ​​two friends and from their love for Umbria. The product is in fact a tribute to their city, Todi, distilled with hand-picked spontaneous botanicals. Among these, hops, broom, Crespigno, Rosa canina and an ancient fruit such as the "Damaschina" plum. The best Italian juniper from the Apennines is combined with the leaves of the Moraiolo olive tree.
The letters that make up the Gin Todi writing on the bottle were designed by breaking down the geometric structure of the rose window of the Cathedral of Todi.
Gin Todi is well suited to the preparation of numerous cocktails, from the most classic to the most innovative. There are also many foods and recipes that can be accompanied or prepared with pure gin, for example, with its dry and fragrant notes, it pairs perfectly with raw fish.
