River Sloe Gin

The Italian wild blackthorn berries are selected and harvested by hand when the first colds break the peel, intensifying their aromas. The berries are then left to rest in the Rivo Gin, releasing their flavor and red color. Rivo Sloe Gin releases fruity and slightly sweet almond notes and it's suitable for both drinking and mixing. Only a thousand bottles are produced each year, all labeled by hand.
