It is delicate, herbaceous, spicy with a slight smoky note. Thyme leaves perfectly balance the fresh notes of mint and orange leaves; although the aromatic background is identified by pink pepper.
A non-alcoholic distillate, obtained by steam distillation to maintain the integrity and the aromatic charge of the essential oils of the botanicals present; all grown and harvested in those six thousand square meters of Salento, of which pink pepper is the undisputed king.
A decidedly well balanced, clean non-alcoholic, which recalls the second drink with extreme ease.
