A gin that infuses all aromas and flavors typical of the Etna area: Juniper, Broom and Bitter Orange characterize it, giving it freshness, accentuated by the balsamic nature of the fennel. Hazelnut is also added in infusion to give a fat and round tone to the drink. Volcano Gin is well structured, balanced and persistent in the mouth, the broom gives an interesting sweet / bitter contrast. The botanicals, having grown on the slopes of the volcano, present themselves with a very interesting and singular mineral note. The distillate is meant to be drunk straight and not just mixed, like a digestive.
Great care not only in the development of research through the exaltation of territoriality, but also in the study of packaging, of great and impact, especially thanks to the caps, of artisanal production and made with Etna sand.
