With Beefeater Burrough Reserve, master distiller Desmond Payne wanted to explore new sensory experiences and experiment with a different approach to gin. This aged version is dedicated to the founder of the distillery, James Burrough, and the old still that was owned by him was used for the production. The London Dry is then left to rest in a mix of white and red Bordeaux oak barrels.
Beefeater Burrough Reserve is characterized by strong hints of juniper combined with spicy and delicate notes of oak, with hints of dried fruit and licorice on the finish. A long and complex taste, pleasant smooth and in mixing.
